Executive wants home threat assessment and bodyguard

Health care executive wants home threat assessment and bodyguard on retainer. Scope of assessment would be physical security of home, family security plan, vehicles, and planning updates to this assessment based on threats.

Scope of assessment would be physical security of home, family security plan, vehicles, and planning updates to this assessment based on threats. Scheduled quarterly review of plan to update assessment and make corresponding recommendations should be included.

Assessment and corresponding recommendations would be expected to be presented in professional written format and should reflect industry standards and experience of the security professional(s).

Executive protection detail would be limited to specific engagements as needed, such as threats against son, wife, home, or me. Future issues could require protection of parents out of state. I do not foresee a situation requiring engaging more than one security professional unless family is separated due to work related travel when security is needed.

We live in a very modest house, very low-profile lifestyle. There are a few very specific threats against me, however much time has passed since any of these threats were active. Peace of mind is a huge desired outcome of this relationship.

Reason for the timing of this request is for two reasons. The first is that my role at work has changed and my name will be used in some national articles (positive press not negative) and this will both increase the likelihood of becoming a ‘random’ target and let anyone with past grudges know where I am and that I am successful.

The second reason is that we are in the planning stages of having an addition done to our home that may include a true saferoom, but at a minimum it will have one hardened room. I would like to have the threat assessment done before we make a decision on remodeling in order to address the findings related to physical security.

I am not expecting a fixed fee quote for an assessment or protection services. I realize that the complexity would only be able to be determined after an initial discovery. I would like to understand the pricing structure (hourly, fixed fee, etc.) for assessment and protection services.

In response please include:

Experience
Organization type (are you an individual, corporation, consultancy, etc.)
Background
Professional Affiliations
Are you local to the Phoenix Metro area?
Do you have affiliates in the southwest?

A third party would do a background check of your organization and individuals engaged to ensure I am not inviting into my home the type of people I am trying to keep out.
