In response to Jim, yes these threats need to be taken seriously as it could be a sibling, support or some idiot who can copy-cat those responsible for the treats. Blending in can be hard enough but the poster with his Kojak look was a perfect match for this task and should take advantage of the situation in his favour.

MB, based upon your professional experience, do you believe that Jerry, or any one of the several white supremacist that were present at the trial, intended to do harm to your client. Just curious, because during the course of my career, I have investigated a great many individuals who wrote threatening letters to government officials or visiting foreign dignitaries, but when confronted by federal agents, backed off or claimed they were just having a "bad day" when they wrote the document. Indeed, most of these individuals were not part of an organized group, they were lonely and seeking attention. Unfortunately, these people have been responsible for most of the political and celebrity assasinations in our history. In any event, what do you think, was Jerry for real?

Great example MB. Some times not dressing the part is the best way to proect a principle. This is what the secret service does on protection details. Even when dealing with celebrity cient's you have to fit in with the crowd (depending on the event of course) and as long as there is more than one of us (EPS).
