<description>Hucky, thanks for sharing your experience and the experience of others. I am a big fan of your work here on Bodyguard Careers. Oftentimes, this industry has a propensity to produce those that seem to think the sharing of information is competitive suicide. We should always impart our experiences and education because it will only promote the professionalism of our industry and ultimately earn us the respect of other disciplines. We also have a responsibility to educate and mode those that come behind us, to show them the right way.

Your article, &quot;Earning Potential” was very informative. Based out of California, means higher pay, but it also translate into higher expenses and therefore have a direct effect on the EPS pay scale. We, in most cases, make the attempt to pay our personnel higher wages to attract the Crème de la crème. We understand that the EPS is our most valued asset and should be compensated for their good work and the standard we expect.

Question:
To your knowledge, has there been a study on wages, specific to our industry (Executive Protection)? If so, where would those statistics on wages and benefits be obtained?

Again, thanks for all you do, keep up the good fight and if we could be assistance, give us a call.
