c.) The Praetorian Guard.
E.) Both C & D I agree with Brian this all comes with doing your advance work.
E.)Both C & D Because there are two states in the US that you do not need a ccw permit Vermont,Alaska. But this all comes with your advance work.
I agree which depends on the jurisdiction of a certain state and also depends on the area if they are allowed with a permit to carry firearms.
C & D
b)false no neccesarily has to be armed is depent on the “PUBLIC”
The question is if you are engaged in protection work may you carry a concealed weapon? Answer is “B”False
Just Cause you conceal it does not mean you are authorized to carry it,regardless of certification and jurisdiction. Your Client may not want you to carry a concealed weapon for various reasons, they have their child with them, they are afraid of or have certain phobia’s. Just cause you have certifications or you have permission to carry a weapon due to your jurisdiction qualifications does not mean that the client would permit you to carry or have in your possesion a concealed weapon. “B” Would be the correct answer.
D&C, Definately!Depends on the job whether the location is national or global. Also the laws that apply to that juridiction you travel to work.
The answer is…drum roll…”E” Carrying or possessing a concealed loaded weapon without authority or license is a felony! So, the agent needs to be authorized or licensed and the jurisdiction needs to allow such duty or possession.
I would say D&C, jurisdiction and certification/permit.
I would have to say D@C as it depends on the certification and if you’re allowed in that area of the states or world where your doing your EP work!
I agree with the previous posts. It depends on the jurisdiction,/permit/certification etc. While a large number of people attempt to do EP work with their traditional civilian concealed carry permits, in many states to work with a firearm you must have a state issued agency type license, which is different from what is granted to private citizens. Know the laws where you are planning to work.
I agree with potter because it is the right answer….
It depends on what jurisdiction you are in AND your certification/permit/authorization you have.
