Dauda, while your clients my not know or understand the importance of the training as the protection specialist you have to make sure you always understand the importance. You can’t wait to ask permission to ensure your own safety. You can’t keep your client safe, if you can’t keep yourself safe. Shooting is a diminishing skill. If you don’t practice your skills will deteriorate. If you have never built strong fundamentals your subconscious has nothing to draw upon in that moment of truth.

I had the opportunity of training with Mr. James and found the tactics, techniques, and procedures disclosed during the training to be a valuable eye opener in working with a pistol. Being a former soldier raised in the Army marksmanship program, I was humbled by how much I did not understand about tactical pistol employment. In hindsight I realized that I was just never trained to work from concealment.
Approaching the training with an open mind, I was surprised at how much I walked away with at the end of the day. Not only did I feel more comfortable manipulating my pistol, but I was introduced to training exercises designed to hone my skill set on and off the range. Very effective training from a competent instructor and operator.
