Hucky, I just spotted this quiz today. I come from Poland, the people from Eastern Europe have a lot of pride and by writing that ‘stasi’ was setup in all country’s you mention, you simply insulting them. I am filing in this way. Any way – as follow :

The stasi was headquartered in East Berlin, with an extensive complex in Berlin-Lichtenberg and several smaller facilities throughout the city. It was widely regarded as one of the most effective and repressive intelligence and secret police agencies in the world.

I would also have to agree. The answer is C. East Germany. I didn’t even have to look. I feel this is education, and rewarding as it tests our knowledge of the world, where our clients can reside. I also thought they were in Romania as well.

I would have to agree with Benjamin. The Stasi was notorious in East Germany. When the country ceased to exist, the records were devastating for all the secrets they held, or revealed, depending on who got to them first.
